+ Smoke alarm, electrical & gas safety compliance service

+ Annual garden tidy-ups (as required).

+ Budgeting and payment of your property outgoings.

Owners

Even if your property has a fixed term lease, it doesn't mean that you are obligated to stay with your current management company. Indigo are well versed on the process of seamless management takeovers. We can take care of the entire end to end process of the transfer, from start to finish.

When you sign with Indigo we will ask you how you would like us to manage your property including your preferences when it comes to maintenance.
Non-urgent maintenance is referred to our owners before we take action; however, some owners prefer that we organise the repairs required on their behalf up to an agreed amount.
We have tradespeople available who are qualified and covered by the appropriate insurance but if there are tradespeople you would prefer to use, we are happy to call on them when required.

Our goal is not only to find you the very best renter, but to achieve the maximum rent possible whilst obtaining a realistic rental amount in the shortest time frame possible.
To achieve this goal, we prepare a strategic marketing campaign specific to each property we lease.
Our strategy includes property signage, print & social media marketing and multiple online platforms such as;
Realestate.com.au
Domain.com.au
Homely.com.au
Realestateview.com.au
Indigopm.com.au

New rental laws came into effect on 29 March 2021.
The law changes expand the rights and responsibilities of renters and rental providers (landlords) and will make renting in Victoria fairer and safer.
The changes span the lifecycle of a rental agreement - from before you sign a rental agreement until after the agreement ends. You can learn more about all of them with the summaries of all the new laws here. The summaries have been categorized to make it easier for you to learn about the changes that affect you.
