Danielle cut her teeth in outstanding customer service as Chief Concierge at Melbourne’s prestigious hotel, Grand Hyatt. Responding to unique requests from guests, and ensuring their comfort was a highest priority and formed the foundation of Danielle’s vision when she founded Indigo Property Marketing.

Danielle was raised in a real estate environment. Her father Graeme Hardiman was a respected agent himself, and she grew up listening to respectful discussion and negotiations while he drove her to school and saw first-hand how his insights and guidance was the lynchpin of how we supported buyers and sellers.

Worked alongside her dad in 1987, his ethical way of selling property undeniably formed a part of her DNA.

Opening Indigo Property Marketing in 2003 responded to a growing demand by vendors and buyers searching for an honest, hardworking and helpful real estate agency on the Mornington Peninsula representing homes, from beach boxes to multi-million-dollar properties. Danielle’s dad continues to be a trusted advisor and mentor.

A proud Peninsula resident since 1999, Danielle’s raised her 17-and-20-year-old children here and contributed to numerous Mornington Peninsula committees for community football, netball, tennis, kindergarten and schools. Danielle’s achieved immense civic satisfaction project managing the Rye Community Adventure Playground build in 2012, a valued play space supported by fundraising and volunteer community building efforts. A keen trail walker and supporter of charities, Danielle created a walking team who,– have dedicated their energies to raising funds for research and better treatments. Over consecutive years they’ve raised $500,000 for Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre.
